- Learn 37 exercises plus modifications to program workouts for women during their pregnancy. 
- Understand how to apply Pilates Principles of Breathing, Stabilisation and Alignment. 
- Learn to teach exercises to strengthen core and pelvic floor muscles. 
- Programming workouts to address posture and balance concerns. 
- Participants will receive a Manual covering material taught and a Completion Certificate.
