When Anjali Sareen pioneered Pilates in India in 2005, it added a new dimension to her rehabilitation program and her work across a wide range of conditions and special populations.
Through her instructor training and education programmes, she has also personally trained physiotherapists and movement specialists across India in this method. Pilates is trusted by these professionals in rehabilitation clinics and movement studios worldwide — for its precision, adaptability, and results.

The Rehabilitation Programme addresses concerns affecting the back, neck, hip, knee, and shoulder, as well as a wide range of lifestyle-related and special population needs.
These include post-surgery strengthening, injury prevention, and conditions such as:

WHAT YOUR SESSIONS LOOK LIKE
No two programmes are the same
Every session at The Zone is private, one-on-one, 45 minutes, and built around where you are that day.
Sessions are specific to the person. The concern, the history, the way the body is currently moving — all of this shapes what happens in the room. Work is modified continuously as progress is made.
We work with the Pilates Reformer and specialised Pilates machines, along with small equipment. The spring-resistance of the machines provides constant proprioceptive feedback — increasing body awareness, improving muscle engagement, and building better movement patterns.
