H.I.C.C. Personal Training
Designed by Anjali Sareen.
Built around you.
High Intensity & Core Challenge — the strength training program backed by Pilates - for people who want results without injury.
H.I.C.C. is Anjali Sareen's own program, built from over three decades across strength and conditioning, Pilates, and rehabilitation.
It combines high intensity training – based on Pilates principles of injury-prevention, plus Pilates core work.
Every session builds strength and conditions
the body to handle it.
Most workout-related injuries are a result of unsuitable fitness programs, poor training with incorrect form and intensity.
H.I.C.C. solves for that.
WHAT YOUR SESSIONS LOOK LIKE
Every H.I.C.C. session is planned individually by your instructor — for your fitness level, your goals, and how your body is responding.
There's no fixed chart repeated week after week. Workouts progress as you do, combining strength and conditioning equipment with Pilates-based core work, so the program keeps adapting instead of plateauing.
This is what separates H.I.C.C. from a standard personal training session: it's not a template routine applied to you, it's a program built around you.
Equipment: Medicine Balls | Battle Ropes | TRX Suspension Straps | Pilates Reformer and Tower | Resistance Tubing | Stability Cushions | Rope Trainer | Steps | Free Weights
Anjali Sareen has trained bodies across fitness, sport, and rehabilitation for nearly 35 years.
H.I.C.C. is the result of that experience built into a single program — one that conditions the whole body while minimising injury-risk.
“A strong, agile body that works well instils a feeling of strength and confidence in us – not just in how we look but also in how we perform and are able to use our bodies."
— Anjali Sareen
| You want results, not routines
You're tired of generic gym programs that don't move with your progress.
| You've been injured by training before
Incorrect form or poorly structured programming has cost you before. You want to train hard without that risk again.
| You want strength without rigidity
You're looking for total-body strength and conditioning with joint health, stability, and balance built in — not isolated muscle work or repetitive machine circuits.
| You're managing a busy schedule
You need sessions that are time-efficient and sustainable as a long-term commitment, not a short burst you'll abandon.
| You want to train for life, not just for now
You're working toward long-term fitness, mobility, and quality of life — not a short-term aesthetic goal.
| You're an athlete or serious mover
You want conditioning that supports performance in another sport or activity, built on a strong core foundation.
