  • Use the Foam Roller to build workouts that combine core activation and muscular strengthening with myofascial work.

  • Apply principles of alignment, stabilisation and control to make foam roller workouts more effective.

  • Challenge deep core-engagements, balance, stability, and muscle strength to improve performance and achieve better results in varied activities and sports.

  • Participants will learn with a combination of demonstrations, physical execution of exercises and teaching practice.

  • Participants will receive a Manual covering material taught and a Completion Certificate.
