Pre-Natal Reformer Pilates Program


  • Learn 30 exercises plus modifications to program workouts for women during their pregnancy.

  • Understand how to apply Pilates Principles of Breathing, Stabilisation and Alignment.

  • Learn to use the Reformer’s spring-resistance to assist, challenge, and strengthen balance and muscle tone.

  • Focus on programming to strengthen joint-stability, core and pelvic floor muscles with the help of the Reformer to assist and adapt to specific needs.

  • Programming workouts to address posture and balance concerns.

  • Participants will receive a Manual covering material taught and a Completion Certificate.
