Pilates

Each Pilates session is designed as a 45 minute workout with a choice of either individual or group sessions (maximum six persons), by appointment only. These small, personalized sessions allow customized attention and close monitoring of each participant’s form and technique, ensuring that the client gains the maximum benefit and enjoys a continually evolving and challenging program. Packages of Reformer or Mat based Pilates sessions are available to purchase as either individual (one-on-one) sessions, duet sessions, or group sessions.

Cardiovascular & Strength Training

Koramangala only

The Zone Studio at Koramangala is equipped with a variety of cardiovascular training equipment along with free weights. Membership packages are available for 12 months, three months, and one month, or even a single session. Clients are invited to come and train alone or buy a package of 12 personal training sessions with one of our highly experienced personal trainers (valid for five weeks).

Group Yoga & Group Callanetics

Packages of 12 sessions can be purchased at one time, with a validity of six weeks.

Karate

Karate classes are scheduled twice a week and are available as a one month package.

Dance

Express yourself through the rhythm of dance. The Zone conducts classes for adults and children in styles ranging from Bollywood to Salsa to Hip Hop. Contact your local studio for more information on upcoming classes.
