The Zone Philosophy

The philosophy of The Zone Mind and Body Studio is simple: Work your body, work your mind. Our entire focus is on your wellbeing - both physical and mental - and ensuring that your experience here leaves you feeling energized and elevated. The light and spirited ambience of The Zone creates a non-intimidating, energizing atmosphere, and our world class amenities and professional staff make healthy living an indulgence, rather than a routine. The Zone subscribes to the worldwide belief that no one form of exercise can give you complete fitness and offers personalized programmes based on a careful mix of proven fitness practices.
