Individuals who like to cross-train with an equal emphasis on gym workouts along with group classes find this an ideal plan. It includes 3 days a week of Gym workouts with FITLINXX providing personal training + Group Classes through the week (as per schedule). Other features: customized training plans | nutrition guidance | yoga | steam room. This program has 3 and 12 month membership options available.

WEEKEND WARRIORS

This plan is designed for individuals who are unable to work out regularly and hence do not want to commit to a regular 7 day a week plan. This program allows them the usage of the studio for a certain number of days through the year. Features: personal training with FITLINXX | customized training plans | yoga | group classes | steam facility | nutrition guidance. This program has 50 and 100 coupons with a specific validity.
