Fitness Assessment

   This is an excellent way to start a fitness program as it helps to record your commitment to healthier living. This program involves an assessment of one's current physical state and further tracks change over time and analyses progress towards a set of goals. The ultimate purpose of the Fitness Assessment program is to help the member achieve greater levels of fitness and commitment.

   Fitness Assessment covers each of the four areas of fitness namely, body composition, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal strength/endurance, and flexibility.
